Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at siharesumit@gmail.com.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Most international countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GlowNestStoresLLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, and customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at siharesumit@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.


8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
