Refunds & Returns

At GlowNestStores.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
✅ Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
🚫 Final sale, clearance, or personalized items cannot be returned

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at siharesumit@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

  • Contact us at siharesumit@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or variant, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account and credit card again

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is posted

  • If the issue persists, contact us at siharesumit@gmail.com

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing or shipped.
